Manila, Philippines — From building his fantasy lineup to stepping inside the NBA Store, Laki Play gave one of its NBA Finals Clutch Run winners a memorable basketball experience.
During the 2026 NBA Finals, Laki Play launched the NBA Finals Clutch Run – The Ultimate Fantasy Challenge, where players joined eligible fantasy contests and accumulated fantasy points throughout the Finals.
After finishing 2nd place on the Clutch Run leaderboard, Lorentz Rarugal Asis from Tacloban earned an exclusive Shop All You Can experience at the NBA Store Philippines.
Lorentz’s journey started with his fantasy lineup inside the Laki Play app.
Throughout the NBA Finals, participants built their lineups and competed in eligible contests, with their accumulated fantasy points determining their final leaderboard ranking.
Lorentz finished 2nd overall, earning him the chance to take on a timed shopping challenge at the NBA Store Philippines.
The challenge? A limited time on the clock to grab as many NBA items as possible.
Once the timer started, Lorentz raced through the store and picked out his favorite NBA merchandise before time ran out.
The experience brought his fantasy basketball journey beyond the app, turning his strong Clutch Run finish into a real-life NBA Store experience.
The NBA Finals Clutch Run is part of Laki Play’s continuing effort to create experiences that bring Filipino basketball fans closer to the sport they follow.
For Lorentz, what started with building the right fantasy lineup led all the way from Tacloban to the NBA Store.
