• This event is exclusively applicable to the PBA Governors Cup under the Pick'em mode. Other game modes, including Fantasy and Slot, are not eligible.
  
• Entries earn points based on correct Picks, with an additional Full Hit Bonus for fully correct entries. Discounted entries (Free Pick) are excluded from scoring.
  
• Total Score = [(correct Picks × 1 point) + Full Hit Bonus] × Entry fee
   (Full Hit based on number of Player Projections, see table below).

5. If a Pushed Pick downgrades an entry, the full hit bonus still applies as long as all remaining Picks are correct.

6. Players may submit multiple entries to accumulate score. Rankings are based on total accumulated score during the event period.

7. Ties are broken in this order:
。Highest number of fully correct entries
。Earliest time the final score was achieved

8. This Pushed Pick rule applies to all Pick'em entries.

💡 Note: Pushed Pick — A Pushed Pick occurs when:
• The selected player did not participate in the match (DNP)Example: Your Pick is Justin Brownlee, who does not play and is ruled DNP.

• The player's final statistic exactly matches the Target
Example: Your Pick is Scottie Thompson — Higher 8 AST. Thompson finishes with exactly 8 assists.
‍
• The match does not start within 12 hours of its scheduled time
Example: Your Pick is a player whose game was scheduled at 5:00 PM but did not start by 5:00 AM the next day.

When a Pushed Pick occurs, the entry will be downgraded or cancelled.
• Downgraded: the entry continues with the remaining valid Picks.
• Cancelled: the entry fee is fully refunded and no points will be awarded.

● Prize Eligibility & Rules ●

• Winners will be determined based on the top five (5) highest accumulated scores during the event period.
• The winners list is expected to be announced on or before August 18, 2026.
• Laki Play reserves the right to verify entry records, scores, and account status before confirming final winners.
  
• If a winner is found ineligible or in violation of platform or event rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible ranked participant.
• All decisions regarding eligibility, rankings, and prize fulfillment are final and non-negotiable.

● Event Notification ＆Prize Claiming ●

• Winners will be notified via email or in-game mail box.
• Winning users must respond to the prize notification within five (5) calendar days from the official announcement date. Notifications will be sent via email or in-game mail box.
  。All responses must be submitted via email. Winners may also contact our customer service team.
  。Please provide valid government-issued identification documents to verify the winner’s identity. The following is a list of acceptable government-issued identification documents:

  xviii. Phil-health ID。If a qualified winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, or fails to provide adequate verification, it will be deemed as an automatic forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or reissue will be provided.
  
• Winners must complete KYC verification within the following designated timeframe:
  。Settlement Period: July 21, 2026 (00:00) – August 14, 2026 (23:59)
  。KYC must be completed by August 14, 2026 (23:59).
  。KYC completed after August 14, 2026 will not be eligible for rewards.
• Winners must cooperate with Laki Play  in interviews or promotional content to claim the prize and agree to display on Laki Play  platforms.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed during the event period and prior to the winner selection date in order for a user to be considered an eligible winner. 
• Users who complete KYC verification only after the event period or after the winner selection date will not be eligible to receive the reward.
• All event updates, eligibility determinations, and winner announcements will be communicated via the official event page, in-game mailbox, or Laki Play’s official social media channels.
• System records shall serve as the final basis for event qualification and results.
